In “Digital Leadership®” Fábio Filho  shows through a dynamic and ententained way how a revision in our  concepts and values when adapting new ways of virtual work can lead us to develop stimulating and collaborative ecosystems for the personal and professional lifes of individuals and teams , leading us through a path of learning of new modern ways for leading  and collaborating in remote environments. To this end, the seminar and course “Liderança Digital®” was created in the form of separate “Academies” supporting a realistic view of modern concepts and practicesapplied to the virtual management,taking into consideration aspects that are generally ignored by most people and corporations. These “Academies” are divided into PRATICAL, EXPERIMENTAL  and THEORICAL sessions allowing an effective recognition, perception and absorption of the presented content, stimulating a personal modeling of adoption according to the distinct needs and applications of the audience. At all Academies is contemplated the presentation of two special sessions nominated  respectively “OPEN MIND” and  “WRAP-UP”.
At the “OPEN MIND” sessions the audience is invited to go through experiences, being it emotional, phisical or sensitive, where the main goal is to stablish na overall state of mind allowing the prooer recognition of new ideas and realities, inviting them to reflect on presneted conecpts and paradigms and preparing them  for the absorption of new disruptive content.
At the “WRAP-UP” session the audience is invited to practice through an innovative , concise and objective way  all the aspects presented, in the classroom or in the auditorium , and through suggested cases or situational  proposals ,ideals, routines and procedures demonstraded during the academy.
The Academies are described as follows:
THE REMOTE ACADEMY®:  At this academy topics are presented  related to the real characterisrics and benefits ,advantages and realities of the “remote digital work”, where a disruptive vision on the subject is addressed supporting the effective comprehension and realization of a differentiated ecosystem of ideas, people, emotions and communications.
THE NEEDS ACADEMY®: At this academy the audience is presented and invited to confront the new , real and effective characteristicas and changes that the modern digital and connected life brings us, stimulating a  total transformation on the way we see, evaluate and consider the virtual experience considering aspects of our HUMAN NEEDS while practicing the remote work.
THE COMMUNICATIONS ACADEMY®: At this academy  practices, conecpts, contexts  and productive modern  applications are presnented in using current common and modern technology instant and social tools ( IM, Mail, Twitter, Skype, Facebook and YouTube), as well as a new realistic visions on how to use them productively, voluntarely and collboratively.
